1. ENGINE:

Covered: Cylinder Block Cylinder Head(s) and all internally-lubricated parts contained within the engine including: Pistons, Piston Rings, Connecting Rod Bearings, Crankshaft, Crankshaft Main Bearings, Camshaft, Camshaft Bearings, Cam Followers, Timing Chain or Belt, Timing Gears/ Guides, Tensioners, Rocker Arms, Rocker Shafts, Rocker Bushings, Cylinder Head Valves, Valve Guides, Valve Lifters, Valve Springs, Valve Seals, Valve Retainers, Valve Seats, Push Rods, Water Pump, Oil Pump and Oil Pump Housing, Harmonic Balancer, Oil Pan, Timing Chain Cover, Intake and Exhaust Manifolds, Valve Covers, Engine Mounts, Seals and Gaskets, Factory installed Turbochargers/ Superchargers, including Housing, Internal Parts, Seals and Gaskets.

2. TRANSMISSION:

Covered: (Automatic or Standard) Transmission Case and all Internal Parts plus: Torque Converter, Flywheel/Flex Plate Vacuum Modulator, Electronic Shift Control Unit, Transmission Cooler, Transmission Mounts, Oil Pan, Seals and Gaskets.

3. TRANSFER CASE:

Covered: Transfer Case and All Internal Parts, Seals and Gaskets.

4. DRIVE AXLE:

Covered: (Front and Rear) Drive Axle Case, All Internal Parts contained within the Drive Axle, Locking Hubs, Drive Shafts, Universal Joints, Constant Velocity Joints, Axle Bearings, Four-Wheel Drive Actuator, Differential Cover Seals and Gaskets.

5. COOLING:

Covered: Engine Cooling Fan and Motor, Fan Clutch, Belt Tensioner, Radiator, Heater Core, Thermostat, Blower Motor, Hot Water Valve.

Component Coverage

ENGINE

Covered: All internally lubricated parts contained within the Engine Block, Rotary Engine Rotor Housings, or Cylinder Head(s), Water Pump, Oil Pump, Timing Chain & Gears and Timing Chain & Tensioners, Engine Mounts, Harmonic Balancer and its Securing Bolt, Intake Manifold(s), Exhaust Manifold(s) and Seals & Gaskets. Note: Engine Block, Rotor Housing, Cylinder Head(s), Oil Pan & External Covers are covered only if damaged by failure of an internally lubricated moving part.

INTERIOR CLIMATE AND COMFORT

Covered: (Factory or Dealer Installed) Compressor, Clutch & & Pulley Assembly, Idler Pulley & Bearing. Evaporator, Condensor, Receiver-Dryer and Accumulator, Compressor Mounting Bracket, Orifice Tube, Heater Core Heater Control Valve High-Low Switch, Air ducts & Outlets and Seals and Gaskets, and Air Conditioning Blower Motor & Fan Expansion Valve.

TRANSMISSION

Covered: (Automatic, Standard or Transfer Case) All internally lubricated parts contained within Transmission Case and Transfer Case, Torque Converter, Overdrive Units, Vacuum Modulator and External and Internal Electronic Control Units. Flexplate or Ring Gear, Transmission Mounts, Factory Installed Transmission Cooler, Metal Lines & Fittings, Filler Tube & Dip Stick and Seals & Gaskets. Covers, Pans & Cases are also covered if damaged by failure of an internally lubricated moving part.

ELECTRICAL

Covered: Starter Motor & Solenoid. Alternator & Voltage Regulators, Windshield Wiper Motor, Windshield Washer Pump & Wiper Switch. Rear Window Wiper Motor. Rear Window Washer Pump & Rear Window wiper switch. Wiring Harness, Headlamp Switch, Directional Turn Signal Switch, Ignition Switch, Horn Actuator, Horn Relay & Horns. Rear Window Heating Relay & Actuator Switch, Neutral Safety Switch, Backup Light Switch, Distributor, Coil and Electronic Ignition Computer Control Module, Variable Valve Timing Computer Control Module, Turbo Boost Computer Control Module, Anti-Detonation Sensor(s).

FRONT & REAR SUSPENSION

Covered: Upper & Lower Control Arms, Shafts & Bushings, Upper & Lower Ball Joints, Torsion Bars & Bushings, Coil Springs, Leaf Springs, Leaf Spring Shackles & Bushings, King Pins & Bushings, Strut Rods & Bushings. Spindle and Spindle Support, Wheel Bearings, Stabilizer Shaft Linkage & Bushings, MacPherson Struts, Ride Control Sensors & Control Valves and Seals & Gaskets. Hubs are also covered if damaged as a result of Wheel Bearing failure.

FUEL

Covered: All internal parts within the Supercharger/Turbocharger Housing, Waste Gate & Internal Parts, Intercooler, Supercharger Drive Pulley, Gas & Diesel Fuel Injection Pump & Injectors, Mechanical or Electrical Fuel Pump, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Metal Fuel lines and Fittings. Supercharger/ Turbocharger Housings are also covered if damaged by failure of an internally lubricated moving part.

COOLING

Covered: Radiator Fan Motor & Relay and Water Pump. Fan Clutch, Fan Shroud, Fan Blades, Coolant Recovery Unit.

BRAKES

Covered: Master Cylinder. Vacuum/Hydro Booster, Vacuum Pump, Wheel Cylinders, Calipers, Equalizer/ Distributing Valves, Brake Pedal Assembly and Hydraulic Metal Lines and Fittings, Parking Brake Assembly and Seals & Gaskets. ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM: Electronic Control Unit, Anti-Lock Computer Module, Wheel/Speed Sensor(s) & Exciter(s), Proportioning Valve(s), High Pressure Hydraulic Pump, Electro-Hydraulic Proportioning Control Valves and Seal & Gaskets, Housings are also covered if damaged by an internally lubricated moving part.

FRONT WHEEL DRIVE

Covered: (Transaxle ONLY) All internally lubricated parts contained within Final Drive Housing. Axle(s) Constant Velocity Joints Boots, Seals & Gaskets. Final Drive Housing is also covered if damaged by failure of an internally lubricated moving part.

INTERIOR & EXTERIOR

Covered: Glove Box Door & Hinge, Manually Operated Seat Tracks, Interior & Exterior Door Handles, Door Hinges, Map/Courtesy Light Assembly. Hood Gas Cylinders Hood Hinges, Trunk/Hatch Gas Cylinders, Trunk/Hatch Hinges & Torsion Bars, Bumper Energy Absorbers and Speedometer Head.

STEERING SYSTEM

Covered: (Two or four wheel): All internally lubricated parts contained within the front or rear Steering Gear Housing, Power Steering Pump & Pressure Control Valves, Power Cylinder Assembly, Rack & Pinion, Drag Link and Steering Knuckles, Tie Rod Ends, Output Rod, Centering Lock Spring, Solenoid Valve, Control Valve, Phase Control Unit & Stepper Motor, Control Yoke, Main Bevel Gear, Control Rod, Speed Sensors, Electric Motor, Computer Control Module, Steering Torque Sensor, Heating Unit, Seals & Gaskets and Electrically Driven Hydraulic Pump & Motor. Housings are also covered if damaged by an internally lubricated moving part.

Bumper-to-Bumper for new vehicles is the most comprehensive program offered. We suggest Bumper to Bumper to those individuals who want maximum protection for their vehicle. This program covers all the major components on your vehicle. The only exclusions are items listed in the "What Is Not Covered" section of the Service Agreement booklet. Bumper to Bumper Coverage provides Mechanical Break-down coverage for repairs/replacements of ALL original equipment, manufacturers factory installed mechanical an electrical operating parts and assemblies on the covered vehicle, Except:

Maintenance services and parts recommended in the Manufacturer's stated maintenance requirements.

Normal maintenance items and parts normally designed to be serviced or replaced with usage by you during the life of the vehicle, such as but not limited to: filters, lubricants, coolants, fluids(except when required in conjunction with a covered repair) spark plugs, spark plug wires, glow plugs, light bulbs, brake rotors, brake drums, brake pads, brake linings, manual clutch assemblies, shock absorbers and strut inserts/cartridges(whether separately serviceable or not) battery , battery cable. All fasteners including but not limited to bolts, studs, nuts pins clips and retainers throttle body assembly(does not include injectors) exhaust systems(excluding manifold) belts and hoses (except A/C high pressure hoses which are covered).

Damage due to rust, corrosion or contamination.

Glass, lenses, sealed beams, tires, trim moldings, bright metal, upholstery and paint.

Coverage for audio equipment and anti-theft devices or systems is limited to repair of factory installed original equipment.
